Effects of Good Government in the City Over Time is an investigation of motion’s relation to space and time, both individually and together, as well as a rejection of a singular focal perspective. This video addresses and complicates the concerns of perspective within a new medium involving time and a capture of reality, where movement becomes detached from time when these perspectives are able to exist simultaneously at one time.
